GOOD DEEDS DAY IN CHILE
Good Deeds Day arrived in Chile in 2017, when the organization Reshet joined the movement and performed good deeds as part of their annual activities. In addition, since 2019, we have a strong presence in Valparaíso thanks to the organization Valparaíso Voluntario. Our next plans include expanding across the whole national territory. We are already working and talking with several organizations to establish partnerships and enhance our positive impact, both in terms of quality and quantity of good deeds.
We invite you to join the global movement of Doing Good and help us be present in the whole country.

MISSION STATEMENT
We firmly believe biopsychosocial issues are wide and require the engagement of all citizens. We can all participate in the sustainable development global agenda, and partnerships are essential for social action. Our mission is to encourage proactive citizen participation, increasing the number of people and organizations who are up for Doing Good. Since our beginnings, we have carried out activities with the community, both with in-person actions and online campaigns, connecting with different people and organizations from the civil society.

FEATURED PROJECT
We would like to highlight a project carried out in Valparaíso, in the O’Higgins Neighborhood, in April 2021. This project is an example of how to build a sense of community in the neighborhood. First and foremost, we encouraged everyone to smile and greet others, a simple polite gesture that will improve the atmosphere in the place of residence. We also organized a community cleanup, which creates a natural context to socialize and paves the way to develop new relationships.
