Sri Lanka

Good Deeds Day Ceylon is a non-profit organization established in 2017 that works with and for the rights of children and families. In the Five Provinces of Sri Lanka, the Good Deeds Day Foundation supports the development of analytical capacity in children, families, and communities to assess the status of child rights. With the help of our partners, our social workers initiate and support the empowerment of men, women, and children and help families achieve their own socioeconomic goals. We work for the empowerment of people with commitment, love, and care. The Good Deeds Day Foundation also carries out community development projects that improve social innovation and community life in order to help the United Nations reach its goals for social development.
Our initiatives promote using individual efforts to create positive impacts and changes in society across the island. We hope to be moved by the amazing stories of charitable groups, famous people, and regular people. It’s also a place where volunteers, other NGOs, charities, and community development projects from all over the world can get in touch with each other.
